Hi jaydog, and welcome to NeuroTalk! I'm so glad you found us. This is such a great place to hang out with lots and lots of good, caring people, and many different forums.

I was having a problem sitting for long stretches in the car until I put a firm lawn chair cushion on the seat. That cured my problem. You can probably request any type of ergonomic pillow, or even a different chair at work. Best of luck to you.
