Hello Tings and welcome to NeuroTalk. I'm glad B2Y cleared that up, as I was racking my brain trying to figure out your username. I just recently found out that I too, have a severe Vit D deficiency and my Dr put me on 50,000 iu's of Ergocalciterol once a wk for 12 wks, and then one pill every other wk.

I'm sure you'll find NT to be a great place and I'm glad you found us, so please make yourself at home.
