Yea... we have to figure out a lot of things ourselves. I know it's frustrating. I've had my share of misguided advice, abuse and stigma for being a MVA patient. My experiences because of the 10-2000 accident has changed me forever... not necessarily for the better either.

I do take a B-12 supplement. I can tell it helps. Keep reading. knowledge is empowering
