Maybe this was all a coincidence with the B12, although it has happened before to me. Today still, my feet are burning when I take my walk, so maybe my neuropathy is in a flare, possibly the humidity is throwing me for a loop too. So many possiblities. I'm not sleeping well either, much too hot and humid for sleep...yes, I have an AC, it's still in it's box in my backroom waiting for help putting it in!

![]() They seem to be getting less expensive every year.. just not in July! ![]() They are reported as generally less efficient; yet, if one can get it situated and plugged in, it is likely to be more efficient than any window model not yet installed. Overall, they are more expensive. Once in awhile there's a deal here or there. I am glad my DH puts in the window AC units! I would not be able to do it, as much as I hate to admit this! Far too much pain, weakness, spasms. ![]() No can do! My arms/hands are at least as severely affected as my legs/feet. Are your bare feet touching any substance that may cause worsened burning? Is the a bare foot touching a bed of a shoe/sandal it might otherwise not directly touch in cooler weather? I ask this because my skin reacts to so many materials! Just a thought. ![]() I hope you get help with the AC soon! ![]() Hoping you feel better.. pronto! ![]() ~DejaVu |

Nope, I don't think I react to materials, sometimes I hate when something is touching me, but no reaction to the cloth. When I walk, I use walking sneakers and a pair of thick socks for comfort..it has worked up until the last week or so.
I guess, this to shall pass! Well, I hope it passes. ![]()

It's Wednesday, and for 2 days now, my feet have been burning almost constantly. Even worse when walking. Maybe it's the humidity here, who knows. I just know, I'm not liking this.
![]() I guess things have been changing since the day I got all the blisters on my feet at the ocean. Last night I sprayed the bottom of my feet with this product I love called "Stopain". The weirdest thing happened though, the feet continued to burn, of course, yet within 5 minutes, I had freezing sensations in my calves and behind my knees...I only sprayed the bottom of my feet! I guess I should just be thankful this is all it is for now. I am able to sleep, with my melatonin of course, and a fan, so for now, I will just have to deal huh? ![]()

Just wanted to update this thread. My AC is in, and it's great. I can sleep with my blankey now, and I really need it for good sleep..weird huh. I have always needed to be covered when sleeping..you know, like the Downy commercial and the soft towel wrapped around you!
![]() So, this week we did more blood work, my PCP and I. The doc I work for (optometrist) says my left eyelid is retracting, has been watching me for 3 weeks now and says it gets worse all the time, said to recheck my thyroid, looking at Graves Disease. Well, the thyroid numbers came back ok, again, which he says means nothing. He says this eyelid retraction is often the very beginning of the thyroid issue and the numbers catch up later. ![]() So the doc also rechecked my B12, this time it came back 1916, back up, and my feet rarely burn again. Not sure what was going on. Now though, I have very elevated liver enyzmes and he wants a sonogram of my liver and gallbladder. It's always something, isn't it?
