Default Methylcobalamin

Hi
Has anyone tried methylcobalamin. My district nurse found it and while it seems widely available for the US in the UK I have not heard of it. I get a B12 injection every 8 weeks. It is made up of hydrocobalamin which apparently has to convert into methylcobalamin so therefore not quite so effective. Has anyone on this site ever tried this? Did it help?

Many thanks

Theresa Esther.
