Thank you so much MrsD. Its great to talk to other people with knowledge about PN.
I will def try those remedies - I also seem to be reading a lot about Alpha Lipoic Acid - is that a useful supplement for PN? Maybe Ill give it a go after investigating b12 and vit D.
I have a routine blood test on monday - will ask if can be tested for b12 and vitD while theyre at it.
Hope youre as well as poss and as pain free as poss today. x
