Default bulging veins

Do either of you keep and use a wrist blood pressure monitor? Due to a form of Arterial Hypertension that enlarged the right ventricle of my heart, I monitor my BP twice a day. I notice swelling and high blood pressure seem to go together.

I don't know if this is relevant, but I also have petechial hemorrhage on my back and now recently on my shoulders, which i had associated with obesity. Now i am beginning to wonder if it is not due to some other condition.

Any suggestions for further research would be welcomed.
