i had what my GP described as *rebound* retention....I had terrible peripheral oedema for a good while til i toughed it out and it eventually mostly sorted itself out as best it is going to get while i am on Celebrex.
ie i still have some fluid

i suppose that down dosing might well have the same eventual effect as cold turkey and waiting it out like i did ???
