I wouldn't worry so much. You sound like I did a few years ago when I worked at a health food store and got sucked into the "everything will give you cancer " scaremongering business.
If it was really going to hurt you, it wouldn't be in practically every supplement. I just think that there are bigger fish to fry.
I've noticed that you have posted a number of threads on similar topics-its good to do research before taking something, of course-I just hope that it doesn't become an obsession. It can happen so easily. I was there once.
But by all means, avoid it and see if anything changes.
