Yes I believe so, but it is harder to tell now that I am back home and not in Florida.

When I posted this I was in Florida for a month and it was hot and I could for sure tell a difference as usually I can't go outside at all when its above 65 for any length of time.

Now back home it is winter, below 40 everyday right now, so it's more difficult to tell in such a big way.

I am still taking it twice a day and I want to say yes because life has been great but that could be temps helping too. My worse symptom has always been burning with evenings being worse than days but...this is still all fairly new for me, only been over a year so...not a lot to compare to so to speak.

All that to say, yes I believe it is helping but I will know more when it warms up this spring, since temps play a huge part of it when I go out.

Hope this makes sense.
