A log is a good idea.

I just happened to have a meal; the resting HR is 69 now, so it seems I do react normally there.

I'll keep writing it down and give it another few weeks. The change with the smoking cessation is a lot bigger than I first imagined - but then again, I smoked so much for such a long time, maybe I shouldn't be surprised.

17 days now, not easy at all, but still absolutely determined.
