Default First time I heard--
--"she who must be obeyed" was on the British television series "Rumpole of the Bailey" about the curmudgeonly barrister of England's famous courthouse.

Interestingly, my wife's name is Gail. She may well be "SWMBO", but she is also "SWGLEWGPS" ("she who gets lost even with the GPS").
