Yes, that is the one. The dome doesn't make you hot. That is why people like the infrared saunas.

I use it if I get a cold. I put it over my chest when it hurts. I love it for hands and feet, great for circulation.

I have read a lot about how it helps in different ways, I know it feels good.

I also have an infrared heating pad.
