Yes, that is the one. The dome doesn't make you hot. That is why people like the infrared saunas.

I use it if I get a cold. I put it over my chest when it hurts. I love it for hands and feet, great for circulation.

I have read a lot about how it helps in different ways, I know it feels good.

I also have an infrared heating pad.

I have had it forever, like 15 years when I got it with my chi machine, but I never used it. I tried it briefly for acne but gave up, never had the patience to sit under it. They were both given to me from my inlaws. I have the dome to my father in law last year to try it since I never used it.

I am thinking I will get it back from him and try using it on my feet. Do you think it would work over my feet/legs?? I thought since the chi works so well and circulation seems to have something to do with my pn that maybe the dome might help also??

Anyway, thanks. I made an appointment with a naturalpath for next week. It will cost $85 for the first visit. She works with a Doctor in his office. I spoke to her at length today about auto immune disease and hashi and my issues. I have been praying for someone to find since looking for an integrative dr is not happening. Hopefully I will get more answers.
