You really need to start reading the forum here and the sub forum above.

There are 8 yrs of stories and opinions that you can find.

You need some testing for B12 and Vit D to start those accurately.
But choice of supplements usually has to have a goal, of understanding what is causing your probems.

Low B12 will reduce normal nerve functions. So you need that measured to see if that is a factor.

There are protocols for alcohol rehabilitation, and other types of healing.

That may depend on your definition of success. It also depends—to some extent—on the type/cause of PN; some varieties are more "treatable" than others, and different causes/types may respond to different regimens.

In addition to what's discussed ad infinitum in this forum, there is an entire sub-forum—PN Tips, Resources, Supplements & Other Treatments—where supplements & regimens are discussed in greater depth, including those advisable for ALL PNers to take.

Thank you so much.

Had tests for both: B12: 859, Vitamin D: 75.
