MrsD, earlier you wrote:
Yes it is a typo. I have that book and Saw that. It is not surprising from a doctor who just Doesn't understand nutrients. Poor proof reading Too. Oral B12 really does not deliver much at 500mcg So 1000mcg is better. Since I am new to NP (feet - tarsal tunnel syndrome was DX once - numb, tingly, pain, cold, clumsey, etc...) and his book was the first I read by an MD, i figured his supplement list of his 'top 5' would probably be a good place to start. However, since you wrote that he 'doesn't understand nutrients' would ya/could ya - list your top 5 supplements? I had all of his five in a shopping cart at an online store . . . ready to purchase . . . but then the typos in the book and your thoughts about the author's knowledge regarding nutrients . . . I didn't hit the purchase button. His recommended 5 still sit in my cart until I get more/better information. Thank you very much. Dean |
