There are so many forms of curcmin it seems...right now I'm using Turmeric Phytosome with Meriva and get it at swansons...just ordered a new bottle. 500mg once a day with food/water. I take this herb, how much it helps I don't know, but have to think it helps, my energy work says it is good for me. I also add turmeric powder to my soups, open caps and add to soups.

I had a stomach ulcer years ago from pharma drug, so have had a weakness there over the years, so protect stomach lining with DGL which I would not be without...

BTW: My first grape seed ex cap which is 200mg, I take with my few supps on nightstand before I get my day going..that's about 8:30 or so. When I started on Pyc back almost 20 yrs ago, we were told to take it on empty stomach...now I see take it on empty stomach, take with food/water....I've never had stomach problems with my antioxidants.
