Oh yes i have the same exact thing, i tried explaining it to my doctors back when i had insurance, but they dint detect anything wrong. it was a cardiologist,. it could be that people are skinny enough, where there isnt enough body fat to absorb the vibrations.

I used to have that. Heart banging all the time, made made crazy. I had to change some things in my life. I was anxious about everything. Wish I knew then what I know now.

Through a long process I learned how to relax. It didn't happen overnight. For a period of time I took a Beta Blocker. That did reduce the pounding and slowed my heart rate but it did have some uncomfortable side effects like feeling faint whenever I stood up and a little dizzy sometimes. For a while the doc had me on 3 different BP meds and I spent all my time in bed sleeping. That's no way to live. Things do get better.

Hi wilx,

Did ur whole body constantly pulsate? Like u could feel ur veins in ur body pulsating? How did u overcome ur anxiety? I've tried psychologists, counsellors, therapists, etc and it hasn't worked. They just ask me how I feel and I then I cry and leave no better than when I got there

What is wrong in your life? Are you where you thought you'd be at your age? You have to be honest with yourself or nothing will change. You can PM me if you feel uncomfortable talking about this in public.
