You don't have to be an actual survivor of suicide to share there-

I should have mentioned per our site guidelines -( since talk of suicide can be a sensitive & triggering subject)
*Messages containing suicidal threats or threats of suicidal actions. Posts of a primarily suicidal nature should be made to the SOS forum.* (Survivors of Suicide - linked above)

When there is physical pain , then suggestions to help with that can certainly be discussed here.
Do you have pain meds , but there are not working for you?

When we do get stressed out in times like this with extreme pain , we tense up and breathe very shallowly , and that cases less oxygen and blood flow to our body.

So the first thing I will suggest is to take deep slow diaphragmatic breaths, fully in and fully out. Perhaps put on some favorite relaxing music or waterfall, rain or wave sounds while doing the breathing. You tube has a lot of relaxation sounds with stream or ocean videos too.
Then drink some water to help flush out the bad stuff that the breathing help to unclog.
