My norm sucks, sorry to say but I have never been a good sleeper. I am too tightly wound. I also will declare right here and now that I reserve the right to take Ambien back up! I do have a substantial stash for just that reason

I get you, I kicked the blankets on the floor. Turned my pillow upside down. The name of that stuff is "Rescue Remedy" by Bach Flowers.

Not to brag, I had a great night sleep last night. I wrote about it on the post "Had a great day." I think my lack of activity and joy have been affecting my symptoms. It's time to shake things up a bit. For now I'm humming another Zepplin song, Dancing Days are here again.... (I know it's not summer, just go with it.
