Hi Pinkynose,
I have SFN all over my body, head to toe. All I can say is that my wounds are not healing as fast as they used to. So it sometimes takes weeks for a small wound to heal, and no, I don't have diabetes. I also have various old injuries, like shoulder and knee from weight training and they're still around, sometimes they act up and sometimes not. I can say that the vitamin D3 I've been taking seems to help with the aches and pains. And I also follow proper form in the gym, if that helps. I do hope you feel better soon. Quote:
