softball, eh? this wouldn't be your pitching/throwing arm would it? Thoracic Outlet Syndrome includes Peripheral Neuropathy and all the symptoms you describe. You could have some chronic nerve damage there.

Come visit our forum and read - maybe there will be some things you recognize in your own condition?
