What is the appropiate brand and dosage of CoQ-10 to take if using statins?

If you choose the older form, in softgels with oils, 300mg a day
is typical. Absorption from these is today considered "poor" If you choose the new water soluble type, then 100mg a day should be adequate. This is one source. http://www.epic4health.com/qgel-coq10.html But many places now offer this new type. One other company is Qunol.
