I do feel after awhile meds don't work as well. I am wondering though if some is cause you are moving and are more active? I must of missed the move decision. Where are you going? Hope you feel better

There are so many medications that weaken bone. Simple Ibuprofen, for example, not to mention Prevacid and other grd medications.
I used to take so much Advil to control pain, until I learned it was weakening my jaw bone and contributing to the infection from my old dental implants. I started using serrapeptase and while it did not kick in as fast, it works very well. I also use a LOT of methylcobalamin lozenges, generally at least 15 to 10 mg a day. I had horrible pain before, and don't have it now, so I am inclined to think these things work. (I used to use twice as much methylcobalamin, but I seem to be gaining on my problem.)

Thanks for the answers. Daniella, we are downsizing and bought a house that is all on the same level. I've sold so many things this week. It's so hard to sell things you paid a lot of money for and get nothing for them. But I am now seeing some bare space around here. I've been cleaning out for about a month or so now and it's slow but I'm getting there. I limp badly when I walk and I don't really know why. No one has been able to tell me. I think it's a combination of things but not really sure.
Daniella, you may be right. I'm twice as active as I was, but it's just slow and labored because of the limp and pain. I get quite frustrated sometimes because my mind wants to do more than this old feeble body can. But my husband tells me I am getting a lot done. My little dogs are totally exhausted today because we have had people in and out all day looking at items we are selling. My once beautiful home is now a wreck and missing a lot of things that I really liked but don't have room for now. Maybe I'm just pushing myself too much. Thanks all of you for your interest and caring enough to answer this post. Billye

I too got frustrated and still do with the mind quicker then the body issue. I know for me day in and day out of a lot of activity really adds up and can cause delayed pain. So I may not feel it at the time but later oh my. Do you have time? I know I get eager and want things done but I try to remind myself it is better to take it slow then spend days later in extra pain. When I moved I sold a lot on craigslist. I also found people to help with packing for a very affordable price. I hope the new place helps you and you get comfortable. Is it closer to markets and city things?
