Due to server problems our old thread had to shut down. Each time we get to I believe, 100 posts, we will need to start a new thread.

Oh please it was OUR thread back from the old place of course I don't mind. Yes I tracked him down finally he was out on the 4-wheelers when I got there, we made it back had dinner finished homework and now he better be in in the shower!

Chemar said we should try to keep the thread at 100 but we don't have to be too worried if we go over a bit so when we get to around that number we can choose to open another thread. We can take turns!

I'm not in a very good mood this morning, I have only had one cup of coffee, my mother is already running around yelling and screaming at everyone, my dog got me up early GRRRRRR need caffiene and peace and quiet first thing in the mornings, if I don't get a job soon so I can move the hell up outta here i'm gonna go crazy!

Good Morning! It's a cloudy, windy, rainy day here in Georgia. I have a doctor's appointment at 10:30 this morning to check my thyroid. I'm going to ask him to also run a complete blood check to look for arthritis and any other "boogers" that might be causing my joint pain.

If it's not raining afterwards I plan to stop by Home Depot and get a blind for my bathroom window. It's a really big stained glass window but it lets a lot of sunlight in and you can sorta see in from the outside - I just noticed that the other day - so now I'm all paranoid someone might see a fuzzy profile of me getting into the shower!! Wow....that should scar them for life!!! :o

I'll probably pickup a couple of lampshades while I'm in there, too. My pleated ones have bitten the dust so to speak.

I'm feeling unusually cheerful and energetic this morning. I wonder what's wrong? :o :o :rolleyes:

Hey all! I am up early huh? Jim has an appointment with a gastro today. This should be interesting. They told us not to worry about bringing the sliding board to get Jim on the table. So, I think that means we are "consulting" and not "examining." lol Jim is all for that!

Then, if we're hungry, we'll hit Sonic and then Wally World or visa versa.

well, after I finished up school stuff .. .I designed and painted (watercolor) some cards (6 of them) ... they are only a prototype - but, going to take them over to a printer and see what the cost would be ..

other than that ... helping my friend with a 'shoe fitting' for the girls that dance, ballet and tap ....

Ok guess what I just got a phone call for another job interview today!! At get this.....a pain management clinic!!!! I could be my own patient! LOL So wish me luck today and tomorrow!!

Frank I had Olivia in the car with me and the two women had kids in the car with them...as to why I didn't kill them I was too busy trying to maintain control of my vehicle and not kill US! Damn rednecks!

Oh and as if my finances weren't in the hole right now anyway I called the child support enforcement people today to find out why I have not recieved any paperwork from them or anything....they had the wrong address for me I have no idea how they got it. But then she told me I would probably get my first check mid September :eek: are you kidding me! That means no money since July 15th because ex always sent two weeks in advance GRRRRRR

Today is DD16's birthday. Oh, she is now DD17. Much to do today - make cake, let cool, try to frost. lol. She wants tacos and Mexican cornbread for dinner. Yum!!!

Hi everyone! I am trying to catch up on this thread while at school. There isn't too much to do on the first day. I had my first class at 9:00. Honors american government. They were mostly first year students and seemed like a good bunch. But none of them knew where the Democratic convention is being held. And only half of the class knew who Obama's running mate is. It should be an "interesting" semester. The weather is beautiful here this morning. I have a nice breeze coming in my office window.

My graduate seminar is this afternoon -- 2 1/2 hours. so I am going to go home to get some lunch and rest awhile. I live about 5 minutes from campus so that makes it easy to go home between classes.

Frank -- your dinner sounded great. Any chance that you can send your leftovers a few hours south?

Sandy -- Hope you and Jim have a good appt and a good lunch at Sonic. Don't tell the doctor you are there for lunch.:D

Kelly -- Hope you have a good appt. I have arthritis in both of my knees which combines very nicely with the spasticity.:rolleyes: Please let me know how the LDN goes.

Frank - just trying to get my slate business up and running right now. Gave ourselves a month if nothing happens by then - I will go and find a job. I sure hope this business goes!!!

This is my finals week at school - Have a mock trial tomorrow night at the court house for Business Law II and a business presentation on Thursday.
Next time I have Algebra - any one good at it? I have NEVER taken it and I am a little worried! The other class is Human Resource Mgt - I am excited about that one. :D

went into the BF office to get a report he printed for me, there on his desk was his bank statement - I noticed one of the transactions was "Mate1". I didn't think anything of it at the time but for some reason I thought about it later. I did a search online last night - it is a dating site! He is at the quarry working (at least that is where I think he is) so I haven't seen him since yesterday afternoon. I am beside myself, not sure how to bring it up or what to do......

Oh, Char.....I'm so sorry. Men can be pigs (sorry Frank - you're the exception) sometimes.

Maybe get your own subscription to Mate1 and contact him (annonamously of course) to see if he responds. If he does, set up a meeting with him somewhere and then show up. Busted! I know these sites probably use photos, though. Maybe you could get by without one.

I'm sorry he's doing this. I've had a couple of relationships since Tim died and they both made me so untrusting of men that I have just given up. I don't need the additional stress in my life.

My doctor's appt. went well. They took six vials of blood. I asked him if they would just do a complete workup but that I wanted to know specifically about arthritis. I should know something by Thursday/Friday.

We're fixing to get lamblasted by some big thunderstorms here so I think I'll close the blinds, get my pillow and keep the couch company for the next couple of hours! :)

Does this make us the offical post-aholics with needing a new thread? :Talkative: Is there an award we can get for this honor? :D :D

Still feeling wiped out, but need to get moving here soon anyways. Felt like this - :Bang-Head: - yesterday when I came back from the store. I hate complaining, but the past week has just been so frustrating for me, fatigue-wise. :(

Hubby's been helping me out though. Apparently, I'm getting overheated without knowing it. :eek: He'll touch my arm and tell me he can feel that I'm hot. Which is weird since I don't feel warm at all, LOL. So I've been resisting the urge to cuddle in a blanket even though I think I'm cold.
