I don't even know where to begin. I guess at the beginning. The Olhipie went into the living room, got on the couch, turned on the TV and found a football game to watch...thats what he does...so...
My Mom's room isn't quite done yet and she was sitting there looking like she was going to have a nap. When he turned it to a FB game she said haven't we seen this before...he said not this one. Talk about a fight...so I did the stupid thing and went into her unfinished TV room and got all the stuff I needed family to move out. The only thing that is missing in her room is the chair she is sitting in and her...I don't regret any words I said to her. She had no right to climb all over my Olhipie. I know my back is going to regret what happened. Ok...he just asked me to go with him for a ride to cool off... Sorry about dumping on all of you... |

Tami, the hardest thing in my life is not taking my pain out on those around me.... especially when they're inconsiderate, or do something thoughtless.
I pray for self-control, I try to keep busy, and I try to be forgiving. and I WORK at keeping my mouth shut, telling myself: "If you STILL wanna say THAT in ten minutes, then go ahead, but at least catch your breath first, and DEFINITELY phrase it more politely!" at this moment... hubby is blasting some music, and I'm having a hot flash, my back is aching like fury, my feet are burning and zinging, and I've got some TN zapping my left ear and cheekbone. takes ALL I've got to not SCREAM... expecially because he's making dinner, and someone who wants to EAT should not yell at the cook !! anyway, I get what you mean, and here's a BIG ol' hug (but gently, gently, with two sore backs in the equation!) :hug: where's Jessie Sue when ya need her ?? please, somebody, send me an ABBA-free zone... another five minutes of Dancing Queen, and Take a Chance on Me, and Mama Mia, and I just might commit ceremonial disembowelment upon a certain somebody !! help !! |

Ok, I know you've all been on pins and needles about this... ;) :rolleyes: Rocky is feeling better. I followed the vet's suggestions and put water in his dry food, so he's going more easily now. He might get used to the three litterboxes though, one on each floor. lol I need him to be healthy so I can get the house ready for the family Christmas party. A litterbox in the livingroom might look out of place. :D

Thanks for the hugs all…My Mom and Craig made up and told each other how much they love each and all that stuff. My mom has never stayed angry very long…with her memory problems she will forget the fight even happened in a few weeks.
I wanted her moved because we don’t have room for her junk and chair and for the Christmas tree. Tomorrow all of it goes in her room so I can work on the tree. We bought a new one. One that already has the lights on it…yahoo. Thanks Kayo for your advice, very good.:hug: I’m not usually a fighter. It takes a lot to get me angry. Sometimes that makes the Olhipie angry because he wants a fight. He is so funny when that happens. When I get angry I don’t usually say anything I kinda huff and go do what the Olhipie calls angry work…usually angry dishes. This time it was angry heavy men’s work. Sandy, My Mom’s name is Virginia, maybe we could intro them and see how they would do...lol. So are we going to build this one story home where your snow is like going crazy or here where we have no snow and it got up to at least 45 today. The Olhipie said that if you’re still planning on coming out skiing you will have to bring your own snow. I sure hope you can come. The best snow in Utah is usually in January or February. Oh, Moi, my lil bro…I was able to get the bird.:yahoo: I spent a few hundred less than I thought it would sell for. I wouldn’t have gone that high. I’m so excited, now I have a complete set. ok busy busy busy went to store and to dunkin and to gas station, gonna make a simple easy to make dinner thin round steak cut into bite size pieces salted peppered and floured then quick fry in a pan and or if you have one of them there cookers you can cook at higher temps not slow cooker. fry it then add about 5 cups of water at 300 @ and keep watching the water level cut your celery into small pieces add them and as it thickens not too thick add about 3/4 bottle of soy sauce then make rice and add, the food should not be too thick so the rice has something to adsorb its an easy and fairly quick cheap meal to make for lots of kids, and its pretty dang good

Good Morning! I have been wrapping presents for the last two hours, and I am wiped out. And I only wrapped about 1/3 of them. Why does everything take so much longer?:thud:
So I am going to take it easy for awhile. Later on this afternoon, I am going to see Four Christmases with a friend and then out to dinner at a Mexican buffet. There is a Mexican restaurant here that has a buffet just on Sunday's and it is pretty good. Jenn, sounds like you had a good Saturday night. Good luck with the art show.
