Default Won on 3 counts with BOLI filing!

Hi Everyone,

Wishing you all a Happy New Year!
Unfortunately I started mine out a little shaky. Had a minor injury at work that turned into a major flare thruout my body. Amazing how a simple bruise can turn into a major pain!
Continue to battle for ergonomic accomodations recommended by my physical therapist and my employers own ergonomic specialist request on my behalf for accommodations at work to no availe. They are demanding that I sign a Hippa release, releasing all my medical records for the next 5 years. Of course I refused!
I did however win on 3 counts on my first filing with BOLI. This is good news. Employer was found guilty of 1. Not entering into the accommodation process, 2. Breaking the ADA laws by not accommodating my disability, & 3. Retaliation. Suppose to be in negotiation process but they are choosing to ignore any attempt so far.
All of this makes an already stressful job 100 times more stressful. Just dealing with the RSD is stressful enough. Not sure how long I can hang on to my job. It's a battle for sure, but got to survive and keep my medical insurance and a roof over my head.
Thank you all for a place to come. I live alone and sometimes ya just need a place to come.
Praying for a better year for all humanity!

Love to all

TJ
