[cspine MRI shows a disc pushing right into the spinal cord.]
what level is the c spine at? if you know the level c3 c4 c5 c 6 etc? it can be looked up on a dermatome chart to see it it might be the cause of the arm symptoms ve heart probs - but BP is very high... some of that high BP could be stress & anxiety related I'll post some dermatome charts shortly
