May everyone start this week fresh with a moment to be thankful for the blessings we have in our life. lets all take some time and do something just for ourselves this week to thank ourselves for enduring the pain we go through everyday. I pray everyone has a low-pain week, and take a minute to thank the Lord for everything he has given us. I pray the Lord sends a guardian angel to comfort, nourish and hold our hurting hearts, and sends strength to keep moving forward with a positive mind even when we are tired and feel like we have no more to give. May the Lord send a friend to those in need, and give every one of us strength to carry on our lives for our families and loved ones around us.
I can do all things through him who strengthens me. —Philippians 4:13 For this reason I bow my knees before the Father, from whom every family in heaven and on earth is named, that according to the riches of his glory he may grant you to be strengthened with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith—that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may have strength to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God. —Ephesians 3:14-19 ![]() ![]() |

Kathy and Hannah,
I laid down today for my hour of meditation and mindfulness. For the first time in months I cried. I begged God for a miracle! You see, I ripped my right foot off of my leg nine years ago. I also crushed the other foot. So today as I sit here, I grabbed the phone to call my ortho surgeon. But, instead I came here for a minute to ponder some things. I wanted to ask him to take off my foot. I just can't take the bad days any longer. I am dealing with alot of post traumatic pain as well as the causalgia, so my distorted thinking today, was to take it off. It has already spread, but if I could just eliminate some of the posttraumatic pain, maybe I could deal with it for a while longer. God Bless you both, I will take today as a sign and a miracle that you have both found in your hearts to share. I will take the time, to think this through on a more clear day. Thank you God for using these precious people to spread your message. Today, I will just pray, for all of you for pain relief, a miracle, a cure and for friendship. God Bless, Jeanie |

Last night before I wrote this, on my heart all day and week was that there was someone whom needed an encouragement to carry on with God's strength as there was a hard decision to be made, I did not know where to go or who to talk to, so I came on here and wrote it. Praise the Lord you were touched by this. i was moved to tears when I read your response. I thank you and than the Lord for his mercy upon us as his children. May you start and end your day with glory to God and prayer to know that he has a plan for each and every one of his kids. Even though our life we dont always agree with what is going on, He has allowed it to happen, and He will help us through it, we just need to let him. May you all have a blessed evening and a relief of pain!

Lamentations 3;37 : "Who can speak and have it happened if the lord has not decreed it?"
Mathew 19:26 "Jesus looked at them and said "With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible." Luke 1:37 "For nothing is impossible with god." Mark 9:23 "If you can ? said Jesus. "Everything is possible for him who believes." Phillippeans 2:13 for it is God who works in you to will and act according to his good purpose. psalm 30:5 for his anger only lasts for a moment, but his favor lasts a lifetime. weeping may remain for the night , but rejoicing comes in the morning. 1st peter 5:10 And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while . will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and ste adfast.to him be the glory for ever and ever Amen 1st peter 5:6-9 " Humble yourselves under God's mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. Be self controlled and alert. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that your brothers throughout the world are undergoing the same kind of suffering. |

Yes, about making a phone call out of desperation that I would have definately regretted yesterday and today. God has shown me in this lesson that even though I am somewhat quiet and reserved, that people need people. And I thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
I know I have to have surgical intervention on the posttraumatic issues. I also know that the surgery is risky and the causalgia always shows its ugly face in the aftermath of that. I did see my regular doc today, who deals mainly with the RSD, and she agreed that I should focus on the fusion on my good foot and try to get that one up and running again. She does not think I should have the amputation, she beleives it will be opening up a whole new can of worms. As I was leaving, I said this disease is horrible, where am I going to be ten years from now. She smiled and said you are maintaining this at a good pace, maybe there will be a cure, or at the very least, you will be exactly as you are now. She is always so encouraging for me, she thinks I do great and she reminds me of that everytime I see her. I guess all we can do is deal the cards we are dealt to the best of our ability. I have never been a quitter. I put my nose deep into the word of God the last two days, Bobber thanks for your quotes they were lifesavers. Girls, I too will fight the fight, I have been strengthened, (and sedated) that helps, LOL, (only joking) and I beleive that through our suffering someday there will people or children who never have to experience the pain that we experience. AMEN. I am so grateful for all of you. May you all have a painfree minute, hour or day. God Bless, Jeanie |
