I have severe mobilty issues in my shoulders and neck (and a couple of other areas
 ) .I would love to be able to do something like Tai Chi but I am really curious as to whether my body would allow me to do it  .That is why I am curious as to how LM Junior got started ..continued etc. What kind of pace he/she is on .
