Default Hi,

I put on my hand brace. I went out to the vets home to do exercises with them and my right arm was giving me fits so I decided to wear my brace to see if that helped.

I didn't think of the tens unit for my hand but right now it's on my left hip. I have a wax machine too. Under my bathroom sink. I just looked at it a few days ago. I thought I had gotten rid of it. That's a good ideal to use it.

Kathy, I see my Dr. tomorrow and I will mention it to him. I just went yesterday to have bloodwork done and an xray on my lungs to see what is causing my breathing problems.

It's hot here today and there is a warm breeze. The warm breeze seems to make my RSD worse in the right arm.

We don't have anything near by but a cold pool. I don't know if I can handle that one.

My right toes do the spasm thing too every once in a while. My right hand is the worst. It stopped for a few years after the TOS surgery but then started again. I thought I had found a cure with the surgery. Was I wrong?

Ada
