Yep, I agree too.
The reason for small meals is so that when your stomach creates acid, there's something there to soak it up. FYI- when you eat, your stomach also creates acid. So, if you don't eat as much, your stomach is lined with food, yet not full. Always eat small meals. I would eat 1/2 the roast beef sandwich and in a few hours eat the other half. Cut what you eat down. I would eat no more than 1 cup of food at a time. I would not eat cottage cheese or the tapioca pudding. I had a hard time eating yogurt. Actually, I still do. One of the biggest theories is that if you drink milk, it coats your stomach thus reducing pain. That's totally not true. Other things to avoid that I forgot are: Chocolate Sugar Flavored Water - PLAIN ONLY I also took Aloe to help my stomach. |
