thank you also, Im a big cracker eater, I get nauseous wicked easy and crackers seem to help so I do have a package near me always. I dont like cottage cheese or yougort, blech lol, but I do eat my cheerios every morning. No H.pylori, forgot to mention that. I do have a lot of stress though but next Tuesday im starting a silversneakers program at one of the fitness centers here in town, Ive a feeling though Im gunna be the only one in my age group there though but at least I should be able to keep up, well I sure hope I can lol.
