A dermatologist told me to try using a few ounces of bleach in my bathwater for several days to clear up some odd, likely RSD immunity suppressed, skin issues. It wouldn't hurt to ask your derm if this is something you can try.

Also, RASHES are often a side effect of meds. Check to see if anything you're taking could be the culprit, even a med that you've been taking a while can suddenly, seemingly out of nowhere, cause you problems!

Check your bed for both bed bugs and carpet beatles. Both are very common.
