Could you be passing kidney stones? That would explain the abdominal pain and sudden strong release of urine. You definitely need to see a doctor. Are there any community clinics in your area for people without health insurance? If the pain is intense you may want to head to the ED. Only you know how bad you are feeling and can make the choice to go if you need to.

I've read many of your posts and I truly feel for you! You sound like a devoted family man and I am so sorry to hear how much you've suffered. BUT, I am proud of you for having the courage to share your story with us, and to find the strength to keep going.
Best wishes to you. You and your family are in my prayers!!
