Default Hi Vicc,

I use Photobucket to upload my photos and resize them. Here is the thread from the Computer and Tech forum that shows you how to use it. It's a great program and simple to use.

http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/sh...ht=photobucket

That is the only way I am able to post my pictures otherwise I would be lost..
Hugs
Dawn

Yes, I use Photobucket for posting here; you can attach directly when you post, using the "attachment manager" if it's a tiny photo, but photobucket let's you put up bigger pics. Hi Dawn, sorry to hear you'll be joining us, tough luck...and hey, I thought the dogs were Roz's!

So! Many of us were very close, how interesting. Maybe we drop little bits of info here and there and our brain squirrels it away without us realising ..go figure!

Well done Vic! Ya done good, kid. Is that fine blonde hair I see? Now where's Mike in all this - Mike, you've posted since this thread went up, so you know we're waiting....gonna be on your case till you show up...

Well, I'm 5' 5", or was when I was last measured aeons ago...I think that's bog-standard average height, and not at all dainty! - here's a pic of me all dressed up on the cocktail terrace of the Oriental Hotel in Bangkok (just to keep Mark happy about the glass of wine thingy) - terrible quality pic, but it does look like me (if I make an effort!) and hey, did ya think I'd post one of me first thing in the morning, get serious...??

and the website pic is at:
http://artasialink.com/pages/artist.htm

So, keep 'em coming! This is rivetting...
all the best!

Oh Pat,
You are a 100% knock out, with a lovely heart to go with it. Mark was right Audrey H., I bet you can sing Moon River as well. Love, Roz xxx

P.S. Knock them dead, you have got it.

Tongue Warm Fuzzys

And to think, before I joined BrainTalk in 04 I was a grump!!!

But now I get all moooshie everytime I come on here. Allen, Vic, you guys I bet will agree, it's because of being around all of these absolutely breathtaking women all the time!!! Artist - What can I say. Just as I pictured you. FANTASTIC. You definitely are "Easy on the eyes"!!!!

My sister and I were talking earlier today and the subject of RSD came up - hmmmm imagine that. RSD. Well anyway, I was talking about all of you and how wonderful you all were and how close I felt to you all. She said it was so terrible and it angered her so how such a dreadful thing like RSD attacks people and doesn't DISCRIMINATE when it comes to age, race, sex, etc. Well the one thing I pointed to her that I notice that RSD does seem to discriminate against is obvious:

IT ONLY ATTACKS GOOD PEOPLE!!!!!!!! AND IT SUCKS!!!!!!

Keep in mind I don't wish this mess on my worst enemy, but I have yet to meet or hear of someone evil having something like this. Lets all go to bed and wish RSD and everything we can on Osama Bin Laden tonight. Or tomorrow night if you are on the other side of the planet!!!

So what if it is late and I am being goofy. What else is knew????? Sheeesh!!

Well that's about it for the moment. Can't sleep so will pop in a good flick - probably Roman Holiday with Audrey Hepburn. Of course one of my all time favorites. Hmmm, I don't drink so I can't toast so I'll pop some popcorn and raise my bowl to you Artist!!!!

Chin Up Everyone!!!! Mark xoxoxo

Hey Artist,

Why, yes; yes it is...and in a stunning reversal of ageist stereotyping it gets blonder and more youthful appearing as the years go by.

Mark, you amaze me! Where did these incredible ideas come from? A month ago you were laid up with gout on top of everything else and I was wondering if your posts were signs you were giving up; resigning yourself to a life without light.

Is it true that it really is "always darkest just before the dawn"?

I refuse to accept the possibility that what is happening with you right now is in any way similar to my decision to enter a monastery right after my discharge from the Marines: One last despeate attempt to revive something that had already died. A spiritual supernova, so to speak.

Your tone has changed dramatically, as has mine. I think the reasons are essentially the same; sinking into despair, then realizing that life is for living, no matter how bad the circumstances may seen at the moment.

I won't use this as a podium for my standard 1500 word lecture about how there really is hope for RSD people, but I can't help but believe that the day when you and others will decide that someone who has been delivering the same message for more than six years might not be delusional after all. Such dedication might come from real conviction. That, tomorrow perhaps, you will wake up with a burning desire to find out - once and for all - whether all this **** Vic has been saying is true.

When that day comes you will learn that there really is light at the end of this tunnel, my friend. There is hope.

I notice, however, that you seem to be "hitting up" on Artist. If you foster any hope of that happening, you may as well bury it with the "blues". Over my dead body, my former friend; shes mine!!! I call "dibs"...Vic

Default Hi Everyone,

You women are such knockouts. Very pretty. See we can still feel good about ourselves and try to pull our spirits up can't we. LOL

Allen, you look great too. Let's see Vicc, Mark and Allen have the good looks, let's see yours. I know you are selling yourself short. It's what's inside that counts.

Where have I been? I have spent two days helping the kids have their yardsale. Susan kept saying, I'm glad you're here Mom, I wouldn't know what to sell any of this stuff for.

By the time I got home I was so worn out, I just crashed.

As far as my picture. The one I had up with Susan is actually 3 years old so I thought I'd have the boys take one of me tonight to put on here. I have a lot of pictures but I still have to buy me a cord for my printer/scanner. Susan gave me hers and I lost it between her house and mine. Just another one of my antics.

I hate having my picture taken. I always have. I have very few that I like. I never smile in them because of being in pain for so long. You may never see what I look like people. LOL

Hey Mark, Vic, Roz,

Aw shucks, guys--------> ----->

Thanks!

All these pics are just wonderful, this is so interesting, thanks everyone, keep them coming!

I'd like to see pics even from the people whose photos we think we've already seen, most of them as far as I'm concerned have been tiny avatars, so perhaps something a bit bigger?..... you get a new perspective every time...

all the best

Default Vicc and All!!!!

Vic, In response to your question about my ability to rise from the dead????I'm not sure really. I fight off depression like so many and when I am able to jump off the proverable roller coaster of emotions and pain that come with this I want to focus all of my attention on yous peoples. I don't get out as much as I used to and I refuse to sit in a chair and do nothing nor do I want to curl up in bed. So...for as long as my God will bless me with the ability to use my hands feet and what have you I will continue to be with you all as often as I can. We are spirituallly connected. However, Vic my friend I want you to know I still have connections in the airlines and it would only take a quick phone call to get a ticket to Hong Kong!! But of course I would get you one too. NOT!!!

Chin Up!!!!!! Mark
