Default CRPS and College

I've been in college on and off for YEARS, though previously because of psych problems. Now that those seem mostly under control, this happens.

I'm a good student, but in these past few months it has been harder and harder to study and do my assignments because of the pain. Not to mention the difficulty of paying attention/hiding the pain during class, especially when it spikes.

I can already register for next semester, but I hesitate, because I'm worried that I won't be able to handle it. I guess technically if I realize I absolutely can't do it by the time next semester classes start I won't lose any money, but I really don't want that to happen!

Anyone out there in a similar situation, or just having some advice about the situation?
