 good morning/evening depending lol...How are you doing today? I hope the sun is metaphorically shining through a bit for you today and you are able to feel a little better. Make some time for yourself today and have a good shout  then plenty of calm breathing exercises followed by a treat of some kind.I hope something makes you smile today and that you can start to put He Who Shall Not Be Named behind you. ****  Bram

CRPS started in left knee after op in Aug. 2011 Spread to entire left leg and foot, left arm, right foot. Coeliac since 2007. Patella femoral arthritis both knees. Keep smiling! . |
