I'm a piano player too - very good therapy I think, both mentally and physically.... What sort of music do you play?

Not too good at classical anymore so I'm working on rock synth and pop mostly.
I enjoy playing along with music of Pink Floyd and Supertramp alot. I also am trying a
bit of writing... What's your' taste?

I looooove Pink Floyd! They have an amazing catalogue of music... I like songs and things, quite a diverse mix from Queen to Eva Cassidy, through Coldplay and Adele I play quite a lot of classical still, although nothing too fast or complex , I'm playing Debussy, and Chopin's Raindrop Prelude at the moment. I like Einaudi too, it's repetitive and quite soothing...

What's your favourite Pink Floyd stuff? It's a bit dark, but I love the Final Cut, and tragically I love the Dark Side of the Moon too. Can't stand the blinkin' brick in the wall though...

Hope you're having a good day.

Bram.

My favorite Pink Floyd song is 'Comfortably Numb' on the Dark Side Of The Moon album.
Have you ever heard of the Five Browns?

hi again, yes that's a really good song, I love it! I also like the 'Wish You Were Here' track (and the album ), and 'The Fletcher Memorial Home'.

No I've not heard of the Five Browns - I'll have to google them!

Nice to talk music

You should get ahold of the double disk Pulse by Pink Floyd. It's a great video of a concert they did...

Thanks jcody, I've not seen that....excellent idea for a cold damp awful Thursday I'll try and find it! Did you see the reunion concert they did that was televised here in the UK? It was amazing stuff considering how long it had been, sound was still brilliant. Wish I'd seen them in concert some time!!
