What type of compulsive disorder do you have? I have a problem with trying to keep my house spotless, It is impossible when you have disabilities. I finally learned the technique of postponing. I would have to leave something dirty and be able to walk by it without cleaning it for at least 10 minutes. I would clean so much that I would always have a flare. I finally realized I could not go on that way, I was doing more damage to my body and the pain was unbearable. Hope this helps!
