hi nancy
my compulsions mainly centre around checking behaviour
i check locks and that eletrical appliances are turned off. i also do certain things 5 times in sets of 3, such as flicking the lightswitches on and off. it is very exsusting especially if the pain is bad as i still have to do the compulsions.
