I do need to get some Vitamin C but right now I can't afford it. I am hoping I can figure something out though.

You may want to beef up on your vitamin C right away, just for prevention and healing.

Soft, kind hugs

It is hard to tell if it is painful because something is wrong or if it is just the CRPS. But it never hurts to get it checked out. Better safe than sorry!

I actually fell down a flight of stairs on Monday night. I TOTALLY understand the hurting everywhere! What's worse is last week my Rheumatologist told me to avoid stairs ( I have something going on with my knee now and the knee cap us sliding out of place).

My sister asked if I needed to go to the doctor and get some X-ray's done. I said well see in a couple days. Some times I think it is hard to gauge pain, swelling, etc. When I am on so much medication already.

Hope you are feeling better.
