Great info! I'm thinking I can have my son vacuum with a real vacuum weekly/as needed and run the roomba (although I heard the Neato XV picks up more) a few times/week to clean up after the pets. iRobot also has a scooba that I'm looking into for the kitchen.

So with the flooring issue looking like it has a solution...any tricks for spasms???

The roomba picks up my dog's hair.

Your doc might be able to find a prescription that helps reduces spasms. My come and go, and are unpredictable.

I don't have them from the CRPS, but I've found medications like Flexeral (sp?) helpful in the past. Is ask your PCP for suggestions. They are usually well tolerated and not very expensive. Hope you find relief and a diagnosis soon!

I meant to mention - make sure to rest. My orthopedist, a leading leading expert on CRPS, says restorative sleep is the most important thing for recovery. Please listen to your body and rest when your body needs it. Cleaning can wait - your health can't. I wish I had done that early on.
