Default simvastatin

Hi all I hope you are all as well as can be, Well after a Recent visit to doc I was told my cholesterol was too high and I have been prescribed simvastatin.

I asked if it was OK to take along with my many meds I take already and seemingly it is but after a Google and recent article in the newspaper I'm getting conflicting advice on statins and as I feel I'm on enough meds to sink a ship for Crps and High blood pressure I would much prefer to lower my cholesterol in a more natural way and get conflicting advice on this again (sigh)

Does anyone have high cholesterol/BP as well as Crps that could give me some advice as to what helps you.

Thanks G
