Thank you for posting this info. I'm going to get that washing crystal stuff too. Just love amazon. They have whatever you need and within a couple days its on my doorstep! Whaa-hoo! I wonder if i can put compresses all over my body because sometimes it feels like i am swelling everywhere like inside my abdomen, arm muscles, hips, feet. I am going to try this for my left elbow thats been hurting for months. Thank you.
