Question Biomat

Happy Sunday Morning!

I hope everyone is relative pain free & enjoying a relaxing day. It is rainy here in Va and the temps are starting to drop. This will be my first fall in 7 years and my first LONG winter since leaving the warm temps of the caribbean.

I am having a bit of trouble staying warm…even in the summer my feet are always stone cold. The WINS (wearable intensive nerve stim.) is helping that but my body still has trouble keeping up with the dropping temps.

My Reiki person whom I see every 3 or 4 weeks (she does Cranial Sacral Massage & Reiki & I honestly feel better for about a week with a lot of energy) has loaned me a Biomat to see if it helps with pain reduction and staying warm.

Has anyone tried these or purchased one? They are expensive purchases ($650 for the mini) but after being 'abused' by western medications and made to feel sicker than I actually am for over a year I am veering off into my Hippy Roots I wish I had known about MBSR, WINS, Kratom, Cranial Sacral Therapy and this mat before I blew my life savings on "advanced medical treatment".

Here is my experience so far: It warms me from the core, I sleep better, I can move easier when coming from a sitting position or laying when using it, my pain calms down, I feel relaxed but energized and when laying on it a long period of time I feel like I have 'detoxed' myself & have to make sure I drink plenty of water! It uses Far Infrared Light, Amethyst Crystals, Negative Ions to promote healing, better immunity & overall health.

I do like it and my family (dad has Lyme, step mom has MS & boyfriend has back injury) all really like the mat… It is just a huge purchase to justify so I wanted to get some feedback from the group.
