Try watching hypnotherapy (pain) and meditation YouTube videos. You can listen to most of them.
I used to be a voracious reader, but due to pain I lost my ability to concentrate, now I watch TV .I found that documentaries, foreign films, even ones I am enjoying knock me out. |

Jenna,
If you feel you have no support system it sounds like a good pain management theapist might be a good place to start. I started going in June and it helps. It's a pain to go, especially with all the other appointments we have, but it's worth it. If finances are a problem most communities offer free counseling services or services on a sliding scale. You sound very overwhelmed and are dealing with many different issues. Might be worth a try. ~mac Bio, I have binge watched so many series on Netflix. It is a way of escape and coping for me. Not much of a TV watcher before, but I don't know what I would have done without it. ~mac |
