this is what it feels like! that is why i am wondering if i have an ear infection as well. i have also had TMJ flare-ups many times and i know that this pain isn't it. my tongue even hurts.

gonna go to the dr. tomorrow and i HOPE it is an ear infection.

Good luck with your appointment-----gosh it sounds as though it could be any of those horrible things we've mentioned.
