I am wondering if there is anything that helps with memory loss or just helping to remember what a person says from one minute to the next.
I sometimes wonder if I ever had a memory, if I did I wonder if it was better then what I have now. I did good in school and was always proud of the things I could do but now I get really frustrated with not being able to add, spell, remember, or understand what I read at times. I had a stroke back in 99 and am wondering if that might have done a lot to my mind. I know all of the medical problems I've went through might have done it to just giving up at times and not caring. Now that I can read books and sit still more to go over things I just can't understand why I can't keep some of it in my mind. Just wondering if others find there memory as bad as mine. Ada |
