Hello Jennelle, I am glad I have found this site also , Alot of good info in here as well as some very good people.

I have started a desense program with my Phsycial therapist , They use a old hard wash cloth which I am not sure it is helping any .It is very hard to keep going to therapy and having them do this to me , Going on 2 months of that now.

I go for the nerve blocks Tuesday and was wondering did you get any side effects from them ? Was it painful? Thanks telling me your experiences it does help alot to understand and to see what I may be in for.
